This is an easy 5 star review for the rehabilitation (physical and occupational therapy) team. I was diagnosed 2.5 years ago with a neurological autoimmune disease and I basically lost all function of my body. This team prepared me getting strong going into 2 surgeries and within 2 weeks after weight bearing clearance they had me take my first steps in 2.5 years. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, encouragement, and support is invaluable. I know that my success is their success. By far, this is the best therapy I’ve received throughout this journey and I couldn’t feel more fortunate to be able to work with them. Thank you Jenn for curating this team. This place was full of positivity and life, I loved my time spent here recovering. My experience with the rehab team was superb! The nurses here took good care of me as well. Overall I am thankful for all the staff.
My dad is currently a resident there.. it is the second time we have chosen this facility for his rehab and care. The staff is amazing and professional! I wouldn’t want him to have gone anywhere else ! Thank you again to all the staff at Redlands Healthcare !! Thank you for all you do for my dad and all of your patients !!
Sara at front desk was so helpful and uplifting attitude,she made my morning! She is always doing everything she can to make things easier for us.thank God for people like her!
When my mom went into this facility, we were a bit panicked about her condition and what place to get her in to. Marissa helped me navigate the admissions process and was available whenever I needed a random question answered. The staff here are well-trained and a medical assistant was always available to us. They were very kind and patient with my mom. My mom loved her PT, Victor, here as well. Her doctor and her doctor's nurses were a bit harder to connect with, as they rotate between facilities I believe, which is understandable, and at least they were kept informed about her care. I'm glad we chose this facility.
