I went on 12/31 at 2:00 pm You have to call the office using 000 to get anyone to answer. The woman who answered was not friendly at all and rushed through how I can get information about this facility. She just told me to get a brochure off of the front desk and that there is a 3 year wait, to get accepted. In other words, I don't have nothing for you. Keep it moving or kick rocks. Ugh! I just left. She just rushed me off the call. I got it and just left. Sorry, I interrupted you.
I have all positive experiences since moved here year ago. I am so grateful to Ms.Yvonne's management of the property at Red Oak Village. She is always available and help us with our needs with professionality and kindness. She prepares different events for residents to enjoy and meet with other residents.So happy to be here.
