Friendly & vibrant community, extremely welcoming. Having recently purchased Nov 2024 it has been a good experience so far. The management team have been friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to emails. They are available in person to answer the numerous questions we have had as we settle in. There is lots of activities organised by an active Social community. The pool and club house are well maintained and is often a meeting hub for lots of residents of this village. Only drawback is - We should have made the move years ago.

- Reviewing as the daughter of a resident.- Red Gum village is a cheerful, well managed place. Each time I have visited Mum, I have noticed the warmth and approachability of the staff, and the tidy, lush gardens and amenities, and organised outings. No hesitation in recommending Red Gum for its lovely community vibe. ☀️
We have found the staff super friendly and helpful. Our new neighbours have been very welcoming and friendly. Very happy to be a resident and looking forward to what the future holds for us among our new community and friends.
As a new resident of RedGum I feel compelled to write a review as I am so impressed with the staff and how they not only oversee the smooth running of our village on a daily basis but also the amazing lengths the staff have gone to during and after TC Alfred to keep us safe and informed. Cheyne also drove around the village during the 3 days of seriously bad weather to check on the buildings and residents which I and many others are truly thankful for. Many residents are still without power and both staff and residents are doing all they can to help and support those affected. There are far too many to mention by name ( and many I don’t know personally) but I’m sure you know who you are and my heartfelt thanks to you all. The community spirit of our village is amazing and is in part due to the dedicated staff of Renee, Sandra and Cheyne. I am so pleased to be part of this wonderful community thank you all so very much.
I found the 2 office ladies Renee and Sandra where amazing make it so easy for our family to buy the unit for my mum.
