I've been a member/resident for a little over two years now and I'm very happy to have moved here. The place is very well cared for, has a great selection of indoor amenities, and the units are laid out to take advantage of natural light, with large windows. The folks who live here are friendly and happy to help. It's also very affordable compared to other co-ops I was researching at the time. Plan to spend a bit of time on the waiting list for an open unit. For me, it was worth it.

We have lived here for three years now, having been very familiar with the property since my parents were original members/residents since the building opened in 2001. Beautiful building with many amenities and very friendly, caring staff. Lots of things to do here and be involved in if you choose. It's a perfect location for shopping and parks. Best decision we made to move in here.
I am a member of Realife West St Paul and living here meets every expectation I have had. This is a friendly community, our staff are efficient and helpful, the grounds and building are in wonderful condition ( I help with the gardens, it's fun), there is enough activity to keep me interested but no pressure to do what I wouldn't enjoy. I have a spacious apartment and lots of great neighbors to keep an eye on me and my place. You would be welcomed here, so check us out.
I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and this place doesn't seem like a retirement home! The space is warm, clean, and kept up beautifully. The people are kind, caring, active and involved. Very clean and nicely decorated. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to live! There is plenty of storage, a balcony for every home and underground parking. I love it here! ❤
