My father is at Randall Residence under the care of a wonderful staff who shows respect, grace and love to all the residents. Their camaraderie is genuine. He was first admitted to the Memory Care wing, but the excellent care and therapy helped him to recover miraculously and now lives in the Assisted Living side with little assistance. The facility is filled with special touches that give off the feeling of warmth and home. I would recommend highly Randall Residence for yourself or a loved one.

My mother was one of the first to move in to Randall. When we came to visit before move in, we were pushing her in a wheel chair and she was making plans to purchase a scooter to get around the building. We are coming up on her one year anniversary and because of proper nutrition and making herself walk every day, her world has improved 1000%. No wheel chair, no scooter, some days-no walker. The staff has taken great care of the needs she had that I couldn’t fully provide for her in her home because of my own family and work schedule. I’m so thankful that she is living at Randall and that I can simply be a daughter again. I’m also extremely appreciative of the staff’s communication when there’s any kind of change in her needs or care (like a change in meds or a need for a medical supply) and for the events they put on to bring all of the families together. This has been a long review, but there’s so much more I can say about this beautiful facility and its wonderful staff. I highly recommend looking into Randall Residence of West Milton if you have a family member in need of assisted living.
I visited Randall Residence of West Milton today and was amazed at how beautiful, comfortable & inviting the community is. The assisted living apartments were generous in size and very nice. The high ceilings helped give an even more spacious feel. The independent living cottages were even more incredible with vaulted ceilings, hard surfaces countertops and nice appliances! Amazing community spaces too, currently decorated for the holidays! I would be very comfortable living here. And even more importantly we’re the staff and residents. All were incredibly friendly and upbeat! You could tell they love their job & their home. I would highly recommend checking out Randall Residence of West Milton if you’re looking for assisted living for yourself or for a loved one.
My grandmother was there for a while before her passing. She suffered multiple falls and wandered off multiple times while under the "care" of the staff here. The first incident she had was a fall in the elevator while trying to go down for dinner. She was not found until her daughter got alerted by her medical alert necklace which she luckily was still wearing. The director was rude and unprofessional, shouting at the family in a public space after they were upset about the first incident where it was suggested they get cameras for the elevator. The director repeatedly was indignant about any criticism brought or perceived slight, more concerned about her own bottom line than the people living under her care. The residences staff echoed this behavior and culture, save one caring individual who ended up quitting their job here during my grandmothers stay. When my grandmother passed away overnight, the residence was very callous with how they informed us - they called and said "she's gone." She had dementia and was known to have wandered off before and it took a few minutes to recognize what had actually happened. The receiving party of the call was driving actively when receiving the call, and had to pull over due to her distress at the news. This was extremely poorly handled and there was little to no information immediately available afterwards. Their prices were also very high for the level of care provided, that is to say, there is a very low standard of care and the prices do not reflect this. Overall, the director and the holistic low standard of care here were extremely disappointing during my grandmothers stay, I would not recommend them.
My mother is at Randall Residence and has been treated with tremendous dignity and respect. The staff is outstanding and I consistently see they put the resident needs first and with high priority. The care, the food, the cleanliness all are top quality. My appreciation to the staff for the incredible care shown to my Mom, I highly recommend Randall Residence when you have this need for your loved ones.
