I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place ! My Mom was in and out for about 3 mos as she fought cancer ! Every single person was so kind . Elise was always so helpful and kind and truly cared about us and my Mom. I observed a lot one day at Bingo with my Mom and so many employees came in to say hi to patients and hug them ! It was truly heartwarming . I never once worried about my Mom there ! She passed away there on April 26th and the compassion and care we received was so wonderful. Her nurses that she was friends with came in to say goodbye because they knew on their next shift she wouldn’t be there , and her p/t guy did the same ! Elise called me after and cried with me . Michelle who also works for a hospice company there was wonderful as well! If you are looking for someplace for yourself or a loved one I highly recommend here ! I would also be happy to answer a any questions for anyone considering going there !

My father was admitted to this facility and he received wonderful service. The nursing staff was very professional and attentive. The receptionist Jackie was friendly and the case manager Elsie was very thorough in answering my questions. He can't wait to come back!
Had a family friend stay here and the staff took amazing care of him. Literally everyone was so helpful and polite and genuinely caring. Thank you so much - you really made his stay pleasant. Also, very clean here which we all appreciated.
Helpful, hands on and comforting. A family friend was here after a fall and I loved the treatment he received. Marissa and Nurse Manny were kind and made me feel at home. Thank you for all you do!
My dad recently passed away at Rancho Mirage Health and Rehabilitation Center while in hospice care. We hesitated to choose hospice because of his concerns about neglect, but home hospice wasn’t an option since he lived alone, so we opted for a facility. Hospice staff were excellent, but the facility staff raised significant concerns. The first issue arose when a nurse, Richard, claimed there were no papers to sign for my dad’s admission but removed a DNR document belonging to someone else from my dad’s chart. When I pointed out the error, he dismissed it and replaced the document in the chart. Later, I overheard unprofessional comments about my dad, which staff dismissed when I reported them. Additionally, Richard lied about my dad’s catheter being removed when it hadn’t been, causing further frustration. My dad’s care was inconsistent—he wasn’t fed for days until hospice arranged a feeder, and his oxygen was repeatedly removed during night shifts, though he couldn’t move his arms. On Christmas Eve, I called regularly for updates and received vitals throughout the day. However, when I called after 11 PM, Richard was uncooperative, and another nurse provided outdated vitals, eventually hanging up. Hours later, I learned my dad had passed. I felt their lack of empathy and communication deprived me of being there with him. When I raised concerns with the director of nursing, I was told Richard thought I might be a scammer. The director also confirmed that vital checks were inconsistent, with records showing gaps of nearly 12 hours, which is unacceptable. I never received follow-up despite being promised further investigation. Adding to the heartbreak, when I collected my dad’s belongings, they were carelessly stuffed in a trash bag on the floor with a sticky note for identification. This treatment was disrespectful and inhumane, compounding an already painful experience.
