We thank everyone for the care and the dignity given to our family. Was not the way to start the new year… but the care and love shown around Ramsey patients was consistent and refreshing for our experience.
The staff at Ramsey cares about the physical and emotional needs of their residents. I’ve seen only compassion and kindness. After dealing with another memory care Ramsey has been a breath of fresh air.
Ramsey Village by far is a fantastic skilled rehab facility. My mom has a complicated case with her health. Everyone there has been fantastic with her needs, therapy, and recovery. Our biggest goal is to get her independent and return to her own home. My mom can be pretty spicy at times..... But everyone has been so supportive in her care! The meals are wonderful. Mallory has been such a help getting my mom through her recovery. The services / therapists are wonderful people.... The nursing staff are very kind,friendly and supportive!!! The environment has a positive attitude!!! Thank you Ramsey Village for all your hard work!!! Hopefully by the end of the month she's much stronger and can do everything herself.
I cannot say enough goof things about Ransey Village. We thank god we got our mother with dementia into Ramsey. She was there approximately 8 months before she passed. We could trust in the fact that she was very well taken care of at Ramsey. The people that work there from the top execs to the dishwashers genuinely care about their clients as if they were their own family members. You could tell they take care of their employees as they stay working there and dont have the turnover that alot of these types of places have. I actually miss the nurses etc. that helped with my mother. It was so helpful to us to know that when we were not visiting our mother was treated like gold and that was a great feeling in this circumstance. They keep you so informed of everything going on with your loved ones.
