The team is beyond amazing! My mother, Clara broke her shoulder and leg in a fall. Following a major surgery, she spent 6 weeks at Rambling Oaks skilled nursing facility earlier this year. Special thanks to Elle for finding a space for mom and for the encouragement she gave me...she really went above and beyond, even after hours! The nurses were lovely (especially Nezzy and Florence)! They were attentive, professional, friendly and compassionate. The nurse assistants (Catherine, Brandon and Antone) became like family. Their jobs are challenging but they made mom feel as comfortable as possible and they took loving care of her. Jaleiah and Clare completely saved my sanity with their wise advice related to financial and insurance hurdles. I hate to leave anyone out as this team made an incredibly positive impact for our family during a difficult period and we will always be grateful!! Thank you all! Susan

The staff here are the shinning stars! All of them reach out checking on you throughout the day making sure you have what you need and want. They call you by name and make you feel special with compliments and encouragement of how good you look and how well you are doing. We are blessed to have 5 Star aids Marina, Kathleen and Eleanor. Once you push the button they are there very quickly to help, plus just popping in regularly to see if you want anything, giving hugs and let you know they care and love you. Our main nurse Nezzy is also 5 Star, always staying on top of medical needs and any clinical changes. Nezzy is always checking for any needs or physical changes while making certain everything is communicated to the other nurses. The DON and Administrator are excellent and very cooperative in coordinating everything with outside doctors, facilities and transportation. The food is great with a kitchen staff who are willing to adjust and create any meal you wish. Therapist work with compassion and are willing to adjust their schedule to help meet your needs. The facility is kept exceptionally clean and welcoming. We absolutely rate them 5 Star and greatly appreciate their dedicated serving attitude. We have had three admissions experiences with ‘Elle’ at Rambling Oaks Extensive Rehab facility (beginning in July 2023 thru the most recent- April 2025). Each time, Elle has guided us patiently thru the admissions/paperwork process. She was an advocate for my 89 year old mother, when we thought we had no place to turn after a fall that took her to the hospital. It was Elle that was able to communicate our wishes and needs for my mother, in order to be able to discharge to their rehab facility. She is by far one of most cheerful and knowledgeable persons in the rehab admissions community. We are forever blessed and grateful to have had Elle handle my mother’s return to rehab, and for the care and support of Rambling Oaks rehab facility. Together, they are the best choice in our community.
Marina Sanoe is a wonderful nurses assistant. She goes beyond the call of duty to assist and please the patient. You'll love her. Nezzy mpia is a terrific nurse. She's so efficient and kind. You'll love her. It's employees like these two kind women that make Rambling Oaks a great choice.
