I can't say anything particularly good nor bad about this place. My uncle was there for a short time before he died and everyone seemed nice enough. My only complaint is that, when we went to collect his belongings, we didn't get so much as a fraction of what he had. I blame myself because, with the shock of his passing, we procrastinated on picking up his stuff. Included in the missing items (just to list a few) were a small fan, some of his clothing, a little stuffed cat & bunny, a thick winter coat, a blanket and a thin family album. It would've been nice to have these things returned to us but Lord only knows where they are. So take it from me... If your loved ones pass, hurry up and gather their belongings before they turn up missing.

Roches and mice in the kitchen, rude building owner, broken refrigerator that leaves food always warm. This is place is falling apart and the people that own and manage this facility do not care about the residents. The website boasts that they have activities and tailored diets for their residents. They didn’t even have a working DVD player until one was gifted to them. They also feed people who don’t eat pork, hotdogs and other items with pork in it all the time because the building owner refuses to buy food that isn’t expired or specifically for those residents. If I were you I would not send your loved ones there or allow them to live there. Find a cleaner facility, find a facility for them that has a building owner that actually cares.
One tour there was enough. What I saw and heard was inappropriate and even shocking. Oblivious and/or Dishonest Ownership, Staff. Heaven Help those elderly, disabled residents .
They have bedbugs real bad
