I have an elderly family member who has mental and physical disabilities, to which she has been cared for professionally and medically by the Kensington care home and also the medical staff for over two years. I have worked within the Waikato Hospital medical fraternity and saw no difference between the organisations. Keep it up, Kensington, for this patient has so much confidence in your ability to make her feel safe and secure.

My mother in law has decided to become a permanent resident after earlier spending 5 weeks in respite care after a significant fall. The staff are friendly and professional and we are very happy with the care she is receiving.
My wife is in this Care Home and she is being a difficult resident but the staff really look after her. She had a fall and broke a bone in her hip, and they contacted me straight away. Sent her to Waikato Hospital and kept in touch by phone and email. And when she came back to Care they still were the best! Thank You. I looked after her for over two years before I had to put her into care, and I know just how difficult she can be.
Dont recommend this resthome at all the way the treated my nana was very inhumane and the manager is a bully to family and their loved ones. And will use medication to shut their patients up very horrible . Manager Jane should really put herself in her patients shoes empathy goes along way. And retrain staff
My father was the horrible kind of patient and the care staff were absolutely gentle and very patient. Jane the manager of the complex has been so patient with mum and me. I'm so happy mum chose to take dad to radius Kensington I couldnt praise them more
