I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ressam Gardens. From the moment my loved one moved in, the staff has been absolutely phenomenal—attentive, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. Their dedication to providing top-notch care is evident in every interaction, and their communication with both residents and families is outstanding. Jasmine is one of the best human beings that works there! But everyone seems to love to work there and treats everyone there with the love and respect they deserve Most importantly, my loved one feels truly at home here. Knowing my loved one is safe, happy, and well cared for brings immense peace of mind. We recently had the most positive experience at Ressam Gardens. As a home caregiver to my 94 year old mother with alzheimers, I was in need of a short term respite for her. After many phone calls and Internet searches I found that there was nowhere within the niagara region that offered a secure memory unit for short term care. When I widened my search I came across Ressam Gardens. To say this facility was exactly what we were looking for is a gross understatement. From the first phone call with Christine we felt welcomed and at ease about leaving mom in their care. This facility is amazing and astetically pleasing with the total focus on the patients it houses. The rooms and grounds are beautifully looked after and the programs, meals and daily activities are all centered around alzheimers and dementia patients. Not to mention the amazingly caring staff. I will definitely be taking mom back for more short term respite in the future, it is a place that I can trust with her well-being while I have a much needed rest from my caregivers responsibilities. We are delighted to have found Ressam Gardens. The warmth, kindness and genuine concern the staff share with residents and their families is truly remarkable. It is heartwarming to know our family member is supported, understood and appreciated from all those at Ressam. Every staff member always makes the effort to get to know each resident. It is a safe space for good laughs, fun activities and great camaraderie. The building itself is bright, beautiful, clean and organized. Family members and friends are made to feel welcome and at home when spending time there. Most importantly our loved one is truly cared for in all aspects, this is everything. Thanks to all at Ressam for all you do! So appreciated.
Ressam Gardens is a great place to volunteer at. The residents are such a blast and the staff (especially Cody and Jessica) are so great with the activities they put on. The management team is great and caring and are their to help anything you need
Cody is a Life Enrichment Aide, and he truly enriches the lives of the residents at Ressam Gardens! He cares about the residents and his passion for his job is quite evident. When he is on shift he provides a happier environment, not only for the residents but also for the other staff and family members. He's one of a kind and he truly makes Ressam Gardens a warm and inviting place. Everybody loves Cody!
