I recently visited Shores Port Credit and was impressed by the excellent service provided by the servers. They were attentive, friendly, and made my dining experience enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to witness the way the Philipina manager treated her staff. She was visibly rude and unprofessional, often shouting at the servers in front of customers. This behavior creates a negative atmosphere and is unfair to the hardworking team. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a respectful workplace for the staff, as they truly deserve better. It’s unfortunate to see such great service undermined by poor leadership.
A beautiful facility with friendly and attentive staff who strived to meet our every need. Aysha was especially sweet, answering all my questions and returning all phone calls and emails promptly. This is a great place to stay with all amenities close by. Katherine was so kind and she gave us a great tour. Alysha even came to visit my husband in the hospital after his surgery.
I can’t say enough about the wonderful supportive staff at The Shores of Port Credit and how they have become such a huge part of the surrounding community. Again this year they stepped up and supported Port Credit Buskerfest wholeheartedly by providing delicious nutritious meals for our performers during the festival. We certainly couldn’t do it without them and it’s just another reason to consider them as an option for you. The facility is stunning, the food is amazing and the staff go beyond themselves to make you feel welcome and appreciated.
When you are thinking of a great way to live, think of The Shores of Port Credit. A great team and community in the heart of Lakeshore Mississauga. Ask for Bradley and he’ll give you the whole tour where you may leave your loved ones in good hands. And to complete the experience there is Shantal and her team. I highly recommend this home away from home.
