Radiant Senior Living took over the management of The Village in Tacoma WA Spring of 2024...they asked for time to get things changed, after a year, services have seriously declined, not improved, as they promised. My mother hasn't had a decent meal since they took over. The food they serve, which I have eaten on many occasions is pure non nutritional garbage. They get soup, sandwiches, dry flavorless pizza, 2 slices of pears or 7 grapes, and even then, half the time they don't have enough of something and residents can't order it or the servers justdon'tbringoutwhats ordered. It's honestly a joke. And, they add an entire container of salt to each meal to try and cover up how horrible it tastes. The residents complain constantly and I mean constantly! The facility used to be pleasant smelling, now it smells a lot like urine or the stereotypical "old folks home". They sent out a survey months ago, which I completed, and marked YES to contact me, guess what, never got a call, shocking. They don't want to hear the complaints because at this point that's all there is, complaints. This company clearly cares more about profits over the elderly they are supposed to be caring for....they should be ashamed!!! Prior to Radiant, this was a lovely place, great food, and worth the price. By the way, the brown bowl of goo, disgusting onion soup, that came out cold.....

Applied here for a job almost a year ago now. They JUST rejected me... *facepalm*
Great time with the residents. Music ,Alzheimers walk & petting zoo.
The Renaissance Assisted Living Community is not only beautiful, but the staff and management are dedicated to creating a safe, loving home for the seniors they serve. You can FEEL the difference when you walk through the door!
Great organization serving and bettering living for seniors.
