This is our happy place! There are plenty of activities. There is something for everyone! The people are friendly, welcoming, and willing to help out. We moved here not knowing anyone and we quickly felt at home and safe and secure! The views are absolutely gorgeous, no matter what time of the year!

I have been a resident at Quincy Village for 3 years. There is a relaxed atmosphere with wonderful co-residents. The location is beautiful. My friends and I are growing older with dignity. It’s priceless to be with others who are my age. It was not easy to take the big step of moving. I knew that I wanted to be in a quiet, safe environment to age gracefully. I couldn’t burden my family with the worry of caring for me. I love Quincy Village. This is my wonderful home for this stage of my life. I am blessed to be here.
Everyone is so friendly and very helpful and giving. I feel good and happy my husband is with Quincy. My husband has been there for two years and truly I have no complaints. They seem to be doing and meeting all of his needs. I can't come in every day but I call him. They are always coming in and out to check on him. I actually feel sorry for them cause he's bad sometimes. They seem to take it all in stride.
I was sent from my from agency, to Quincy village. Upon arrival I was treated like a second class citizen I was told that they do not use outside ,help I'm assuming since I'm not Amish I contacted my agency they said that Quincy village does have account with clipboard health. Further research I found another girl who works for the same agency who said she also was scheduled there but the admin was rude and had no knowledge of this app that staffs facilities that are understaffed and need help. So I don't know if they've been hacked and someone put them on the app as a facility in need of help or if now they're deciding they don't want outside help and they don't want to pay the agency so they're reporting everyone as a no call and a no-show.. they're incompetency has caused this to happen not to one GNA but two GNAs to be suspended from work when all we did was drive 3 hours to help out and was basically told to get out of their facility they have no knowledge of clipboard health. Yet when you log into clipboard health and you look at the facilities in need of help Quincy village is one of those facilities that are online. But they refuse to sign that they sent you home they refused to look at the confirmation email that came from their facility. So I would say yes maybe they only want their own people working there a little racist and discriminating. But they need to call clipboard Health and have their facility removed instead of having innocent people suspended from work because of their incompetency. It looked like a lovely facility too bad the nursing supervisor and the admin treat you like dirt. I will be seeking legal counsel against clipboard health and I will be speaking to a regional manager about the manner that I was treated once arrived. However Penny the front desk concierge was wonderful she's an asset to the company... Even she looked a little mortified at the way I was being spoken to. And my honest opinion I think they are discriminatory against other nationalities other than Amish ,because I noticed a lot of Amish women and men in the facility the short time I was there. The nursing supervisor had horrible professionalism to say the very least. I wish I could upload the emails from the facility requesting that my agency send help to there personal care area. So thank you for reporting me as a no-call and a no-show getting me suspended from work with my agency when you told me on Sunday that you didn't know who clipboard help was and asked me to leave your promises.. then you called my supervisor and told them that I never showed up... Not very Christian of you getting innocent people suspended from work by lying I will be checking in to see what I can do legally about this. There's no option to upload 10 emails that was sent from Quincy village personal care confirming my arrival I wish I could upload to several conversations held with the facility again confirming nine shifts in the personal care section.
The staff from the administration to the floor nurses and cna's have been helpful and kind. The rooms are clean.
