3301 Chillum Rd, Mt Rainier, MD 20712, United States
Beautiful apartments close to metro, pizza, and several grocery stores. The grounds and cleaning crew keep the place pretty and smelling fresh. The maintenance team is 10/10, and if you keep the inside of your apartment semi-clean, you probably won't have any pests, because they schedule regular pest control treatments. However, the number of times I've gotten my family ready to go swimming, only to walk over to the pool being closed during regular scheduled hours has me fuming. The community center has a gym but it's not open for use even by residents. Save yourself the time and take your laundry straight to the laundromat, because at least one of your loads is bound to fail in the Queenstown machines, leaving you with soaking wet laundry that you'll have to pay for again. Good place to live, but don't expect any value out of the advertised perks such as the constantly breaking laundry machines, unavailable community center, or unpredictable swimming pool.

A disappointment, the receptionists leave much to be desired. Bitter, unfriendly, and arrogant. When you ask to speak to the manager, they flatly refuse...except for Max, a great person, very kind, respectful, and of course, he solves every problem.
Update: they don’t not pick up the phones on Saturdays even though it clearly says that they are open. For the past three weeks now both on Saturdays and Sundays I am being woken up at about 8 am from construction being done on one of the nearby apartments as a bartender who doesn’t get home till 4 am loose nights this is incredibly frustrating that the leasing office clearly has no respect for other peoples time , or peace around construction so early on the weekends The cockroach infestation in this place is terrible! They have done multiple exterminations in my unit, which is very clean mind you and I still have a terrible roach problem. The most recent one that they so-called did on my unit was either done very poorly or not at all because the day of the extermination when I walked back into my apartment, there are still roaches.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this apartment complex and felt compelled to leave a 1-star review on Google Maps. The office staff displayed unprofessionalism when we were hit with unexpected fees upon informing them of our early departure. This, along with issues such as pests, lost packages, and noise complaints, made living in the apartment intolerable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a better living environment for residents.
I love living here. I have been here since November, and my apartment is beautiful. This is not a luxury property but it is great value for the price. Ms. Pam is a great community manager, and the staff is always willing to help out however they can. A lot of these negative reviews are people that are upset that they can't have their way.
