Im going to be speaking from the perspective of a worker since I only saw one other review from that point of view and it was kinda outdated and nasty. I have only worked at Queen Anne for about 2 weeks as a caregiver and I can concretely say that without of shadow of a doubt this is the best job I have had throughout my whole career. (I have worked for Walmart, dominos, dollar tree and dollar tree) The sorounding employees are absolute gems who whole heartedly care about the residents of the facility, everyone knows everyone’s names and it truly feels like a family. Speaking of gems. I couldn’t not talk about the residents themselves, every resident I’ve met has treated me with such kindness, love and patience since I’m a newcomer and I couldn’t help but just smile every time I see one of them. I’ve dealt with my fair share of rude higher ups since working retail the rest of my career and the higher ups here are so very sweet and always ready to support and help whenever possible, big shoutout to laura for being so caring and helpful during my orientation process. My only point of reference would have to be my clinical trials but while walking around the building everything is soo clean like to the point where I can’t even find dust on the rails, it’s kinda amazing and I’m glad housekeeping actually does their jobs unlike some facilities I’ve seen. One more thing I think is worth mentioning is the food. Everyday I’ve been here I’ve tried to get a meal from this place, the food is truly divine and really feels like it was cooked with love. They also take food requests if you’re not feeling what the special the day is.(I try not to tho cuz the specials are pretty good) Staff is great, food is great, residents are great. Couldn’t be happier to be a part of the family and I’m so very grateful for the opportunity to work with people like this every day.
Queen Anne Manor is an absolutely gorgeous community that is ran by people who genuinely care about taking care of senior in this chapter of their lives. Shawn is a wealth of knowledge and is great to work with. You and your family are in good hands when you are a resident at the Queen Anne Manor. I work in the senior living industry this community is one of the great ones.
Queen Anne Manor has exceeded our family's expectations for assisted living. The facility is beautiful, the programs for seniors are enriching and meaningful and the care is second to none! Queen Anne Manor is an extended family. Everyone working there is amazing – a truly dedicated support staff. Our family couldn't be happier to have a loved one cared for at Queen Anne Manor.
Henry and I have toured the property and came by on Thursday (5/26/2022) to have lunch. I wanted to let you know how much we love working with Marlene. She is always able to answer our questions and has a friendly+confident attitude that continues to put my uncle at ease. At our lunch, Mamadu took such great care of us. He is truly an excellent representative of Queen Anne Manor. He was knowledgeable about the menu, and was attentive but not "hovering". He made our experience enjoyable and, again, put my uncle at ease in regards to how life at Queen Anne Manor might be. You have a spectacular team!! Thank you, thank YOU!
