The team is so friendly and go out of their way to ensure their residents are happy, comfortable and well cared for. Not the place to take your loved one… from an OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID RA. Working non stop, no breaks. Working 2-4 people short with no help from management on the floor while being expected to help other departments. Management is a joke. They ignore concerns of neglect, abuse, unsafe working conditions, med errors, and falsifying documentation. They say they have an "open door policy" but also tell you "not to tattle on people and waste our time" They're not proactive at all, they'd rather let the bad seeds run the place and never address the issue. They talk down to staff, treat them like children and gossip through their thin walls. They don’t care about staff burn out or residents not getting the care they need. The few staff that went above and beyond were pushed out. Hardest part about this job is caring too much in an environment that doesn’t care about anything but money. So if you’re passionate about your residents and advocate for them, this place isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a place for a family member where management cares about their well being and looks out for their best interest and doesn’t just want a hand in their wallet, look elsewhere. It may be beautiful here, but it’s just to cover all the lies they promise. Prices keep going up, they charge for every little thing, yet give the bare minimum.
My company and I work closely with the staff at Quartet. They are absolutely wonderful! Besides Quartet being a BEAUTIFUL place, their staff is friendly, caring, and extremely attentive to their residents and others that walk in. I’d recommend Quartet highly!
Working at Quarter has been a blessing! I enjoy my daily interactions with the residents and love the staff that I work with. This job has been one of the best job experiences I've had.
If the staff are not respectful to the people who live here while they wait for their business to open, wondering how they will be respectful to their patrons? Sorry your facility is several months behind schedule but creating a parking nightmare for those of us that live here is very rude. I have made several requests that have been ignored. Several months have gone by and it has only gotten worse. These are Quartet employees not construction workers! If you can't be trusted with the little things you can't be trusted with the big things.
