Went to visit my grandmother and was very impressed with her living arrangements. It was spacious and very up to date. The only thing I didn't like was there's no washer and dryer in the apartment, it's down the hallway and you have to pay. Otherwise it was a nice set up.

The property is poorly managed. Active drug use and drug dealing. The office is never open to apply for units. The buildings exterior appears well kept.
The office is never open. Elevators are always broke. Hallways smell like cigarettes and marijuana. Neighbors are noisy.
Clean housing. my mother lived there. Tenants are friendly. Maintenance staff is very helpful. Unfortunately, not sure about management coverage. The office was closed for 2 weeks and did not return on date posted.
I was impressed , the facility was very clean and organized. The office manager and staff are very nice and professional.
