813 S J St, Livermore, CA 94550, United States
I often walked past this beautiful building that was once a Livermore hospital on my weekend walks, not knowing that one day we would have my dad occupying a room here while he was on hospice care. In dad's short time here, he and our family became a part of the Quail family. Alicia and her incredibly caring staff took such wonderful care of dad, working closely with hospice and keeping in contact with us at all times. They also took care of US, giving my family the support WE needed. When you walk into Quail Garden, you are walking into a warm and welcoming environment. The residents play bingo, they enjoy a lovely outdoor patio where residents and their families can visit, and sometimes musicians drop in, playing live music for the residents. When we spent time with dad, we would smell their home-cooked meals coming from the kitchen. Bringing my dad to Quail allowed us to spend time with him in a beautiful, soothing and also lively setting. Thank you so much Alicia and the Quail staff, for giving us this time with dad in such a caring place. Our friends and family have told us that they would be so fortunate to find a place like Quail Garden for their loved ones or themselves.

My father was a resident of Quail Garden for some time. The caregivers and owner, Alicia took excellent care of my Dad. They take the time to make homemade meals and make it a home environment. There are lovely areas to sit outside and enjoy the garden. They make sure there are activities and other forms of entertainment as well. I would recommend taking your loved one here.
My Mom and Dad moved into Quail Gardens at 96 years old. This was the best decision we made. It was no longer safe for them to be in their home and they needed full time care! The facility felt like a home and the staff and owner treated us like family. My parents received the best care in a loving and warm environment. It was truly the best decision we made for them. They have both passed away now but their end of life was met with quality care. They were able to move there together and this gave my family so much peace. I would highly recommend Quail Gardens to anyone that needs care for a family member!
There is no place on earth I would recommend more highly to provide quality of life, care, companionship and nourishment, (both dietary and spiritual) to those who need it as they become elderly. Our family had an incredibly positive experience with everyone at Quail, and all the families we know here feel the same. It’s in the heart of Livermore, close to downtown, visited regularly by volunteers of all ages. It is full of life and beauty surrounded by nature. This is a deeply caring place. I have seen it all, and Quail is a uniquely special place.
