I cannot say enough good things about Pruitt health of Savannah . From the moment my family and I toured the facility, we were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The residents seem happy and well cared for, and the environment is both comfortable and inviting. The amenities are excellent, with a variety of activities and services to keep everyone engaged and active. My grandparents has been here for year and a half and we’ve been so pleased with the level of care and attention they receive. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels like part of the community, and communication with families is always open and transparent. It's a place where residents truly feel valued, and it brings peace of mind knowing that my loved one is in such good hands."

I was at Pruitt's Rehab. This place you must checkout for yourself,the place is breathe taking..beautiful..The staff are all like Angels.They are all so kind, sweet and gentle people.. Dont listen to the lies people tell you about Pruitt's..They treat you like one big happy family...the place is quiet at night..You called for something they come to your aid...But you must be patient,they are short staff right now..The food yummy.My last day i had for lunch ribette, beans, coleslaw and roll. dessert apple pie ..Monday night i had a fruit plate beautiful oranges, strawberries,kiwi's and blueberries..cut up..my suit was beautiful ..look it up...
After reading the reviews, our family was very skeptical about leaving our Mom here. She was admitted to the rehab side for 4 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised. The nurses taking care of her really seemed to care. They were very personable and made our Mom feel safe. The food could be better, but that is not enough for me to take away any stars. Shout out to Nurse Heather and PT April. Your positive attitude with our Mom helped her get through those 4 weeks-especially through the Holidays. Thank you Pruitt Health
I’m in and out of this facility as an independent contractor. I form wonderful bonds with the patients. There is no perfect facility, but Pruitt is at the top. The staff are very considerate and the facility is beautiful. I’ve never seen an administrator go above and beyond to get stuff done like Chido, and I work with many facilities.
