This facility has been and continues to be an amazing asset and lifeline for many many people. My family has had firsthand experience with their kindness, attention and care. Highly recommend as it is never an easy time to accept care for our elders or to transition from hospital stays.

Pruitt Health Rehab services (Rock Hill SC) was wonderful. They have a very dedicated staff from management to nursing. The experience was quite pleasant and very professional.
The Admissions Director Kenesha D. is great to work with!!!! She's very helpful and knowledgeable on her role! I appreciate all the assistance that she had given me!!!
This place should never take patients for rehab. My momma broke her hip and unfortunately had to go there for rehab. She needed ice put on her hip and the nurse had to make an ice pack out of a gallon baggie, seriously if you're a rehab wouldn't you have ice packs? Also the geriatric chair was broken, the part that keeps the feet up, so needless to say the chair kept snapping down at the feet. I did have 1 incident with 1 lpn who was very nasty to my mom. Stated she hated working with old ppl , and was screaming it with lots of other things said that I'll not get into. Needless to say she doesn't work there anymore. The staff overall were super supportive with what they have to work with. I took my mom out after 5 days and would tell anyone DO NOT SEND A LOVE ONE HERE FOR REHAB. My question to the owner why would you take a rehab patient when you don't supply the means for the patients to get rehab?? For the money? One more thing the staff that worked with my momma were all very nice and caring of course except for that one I mentioned earlier. It wasn't there fault the equipment and supplies aren't furnished for the use of patients that you're getting government/ insurance monies to rehabilitate. I could go on and on but I'll end it here.
Nice environment! Admission Director assisted the community with smooth admission and transition of care for the patient and their family.
