I can not say enough good things about the staff and folks at Pruitt. My Momma 🙏🏽 was so well cared for and looked after for her end of life journey. But not only did they care for her, they cared for us, the family. During the transition they supported us will genuine, heartfelt care and concern. I don't know about these negative posts, but my experience from beginning to end was top-notch Thank you, thank you THANK YOU ❤️🌹🙏🏽❤️
The turnover rate is high at this facility. There is only a handful of employees that cares about the patients and does their job. It’s not easy to EVER call and speak to the nurse on duty of your love one. And to speak with any staff for the most part. They are always in a meeting, including the head person in charge. You can leave several messages and NO ONE returns your call. You have to come up to the facility and catch whomever you need to speak with. It’s short staffed a lot, employees barely speak but will stare you down. And trying to find out anything or getting a question answered is like being a detective. The cleanness is not good. The halls and rooms have spills and trash on the floors. The rooms sometimes doesn’t get touched but once a week. Honestly I feel this Pruitt Health needs an upgrade on the inside not just the outside with the staff included. These patients are human beings and someone loved ones.,They pay to be there and deserves so much better than what they receive. I Pray Everyday for them all.
The staff at Pruitt Health in Lilburn have been taken care of a friend of mine for a while - I believe it has been a few years. They have been responsive to his needs, like when COVID was a crisis, and continue to be so. At my friend's request, the staff has kept me informed with his status and has kept me informed when he had health issues requiring him to go to the hospital. The staff keeps am eye on my friend's nutrition. The staff's roles are very challenging, but they are very qualified and effective, and they serve with smiles on their faces.
Although our Mom's stay was short, from our site visit to Mom's admission to her hospice, each and every single staff person, wound nurse, hospice nurse, CNA, and administrators treated my mom with such dedication and commitment to her comfort and ours. Thank you.
