Second stay on MedStar unit with wonderful staff although like everywhere else they could use a few more people. Food was great. I really have no complaints.. the PT people are special and shout out to Fatima, Craig, Angie, Isabel, and everyone else who's e name I left off there. And especially want to thank aides and nurses Liz, Linda, Damien, little Chris, Ketvia, Valerie, Darlene, and especially big Chris! Special nod to Gale and Elaine for working out details of prolonged stay. Sorry for any names Ieft off.

Pruitt employees have gone out of their way to help navigate the most difficulty diet and getting her acclimated to her surroundings and worked hard with Physical Therapy getting her up and moving. Not there yet but reaching for the stars!!!!
Great place to work. The staff are amazing and very family oriented. I really love coming in and taking care of my “heart strings” (the residents). They are awesome and so are their families. Thanks to everyone that’s made this year a great year of employment. ❤️ shaye
Overall, we had a great experience with Pruitt. The staff was amazing and, although barely enough staff to handle the number of patients, everyone we met tried there tired their hardest to make it work. If we needed to put my mom in another nursing home, we would not hesitate to use Pruitt again. Thank you to all who made a difficult time in our lives much easier!!!
I did a lot of research, found Pruitt health care ,good reviews. (Best of all around me). My mother was paralyzed on her left side. Pretty much she couldn't do much for herself. I checked on her every day. At first it was good but it didn't take long before things change. I'm not going into details,but I WOULD NOT recommend this facility to anyone.
