As you can see - this place has hurt a lot of people. I would not bring my loved one here under circumstance as I believe it’s dangerous. Patients are not cared for to standard and they are neglected. My mother got worse due to lack of care here. They won’t answer their phone and their staff is not trained. It makes me sick.
I work with a Cardinal Caregivers and had the opportunity to meet the staff here. They were all willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were helped, and when we met with the staff they were so nice and willing to talk. Amazing staff!
The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and skilled, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort and well-being. The nurses and therapists were knowledgeable and worked to create a personalized care plan that made a significant difference in recovery. The facility is welcoming, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about their residents.
