This is a gorgeous campus, and there are some tremendous individuals there, but if you are seeking long term care for your loved one with brain disease/dementia, I wholeheartedly encourage you to look elsewhere. Communication is extremely difficult and unprofessional, at every level. From waiting to enter OR exit the Memory Care wing to the call buttons in the rooms not working and the wait time for help (the aides have no way to effectively communicate with each other), it is a very broken system. Additionally, there is little possibility for family to call their loved one or ask for a report, etc and actually have their needs met immediately. Forget actually speaking to anyone IN memory care! They often have no one available to answer the phone at the front desk, let alone in the memory care unit. Again, I’m sure those seeking Assisted Living will be pleased, as the environment is lovely and those you encounter seem happy. But this facility is NOT equipped to meet the needs and care required by those with brain disease and their families.

Provisions of West Clermont have been taking care of my mother-in-law, who has challenges of which my husband & myself could not accommodate. Our home wasn’t equipped for her to move around freely without it becoming an obstacle course for her. She wanted her independence and to take care of most of her personal physical needs of why we chose assisted living for her. We have let her pick her own location to suit her needs & wants. Over the years, she has lived at a few facilities, but Provisions is the ONLY place who really seem to care about helping her with her anxieties. As a family, we feel they are truly not only trying different methods to keep her satisfied living there but also putting our family at ease knowing that she is well taken care of. She also has mentioned how she likes their food which is a great accomplishment being she is a picky eater. The entire staff is so accommodating, helpful & always pleasant when we come to visit. We are so blessed to have found such a place to help our family with this difficult phase in her life.
I've been searching for Assisted Living for my Mom. I've been to a few really nice, newer properties. I have to say Provision Living in Batavia is the sharpest by far! From the time you walk in, it speaks to you. I'm into details. I loved it all. The people here are very warm and nice. The Director Jeni seemed like a long time friend. I can't say enough about this property! The dining room is absolutely gorgeous. They offer so much. You'll leave there knowing it's the right place for your parent or loved one. Thank you so much Jeni ... you're really an asset to Provision!
I cannot say enough good about the great facilities...and even better staff...at Provision Living at West Clermont. My mom went there for one-month of respite care last July, and by the time she was there two weeks, she informed me and my two brothers that this is where she wants to live from now on. To say she has been happy is an understatement. She loves the excellent care, the plethora of activities, the food, the medical and PT services, and so much more. If anyone would ever ask for a referral for an assisted living place, Provision Living will be my immediate answer.
My Father-in-Law, Donald resided at Provisions at West Clermont for just over 3 years until he passed at the end of July 2024 at 89. With extreme visual impairments and a few major falls, he could not live alone any longer. I cannot praise the staff enough for the tremendous love, care and respect they provided to him and the family. They helped us set up hospice so he would not have to leave the facility. I recommend this facility wholeheartedly!!! Jill Esz
