Highly recommend Provisions of West Bloomfield. I originally selected them for my sister and brother-in-law because of a recommendation from a friend whose husband is there, and there were a lot of people in the lobby coming and going (families, staff, deliveries, different therapists, etc). The place felt "alive." It might seem like a strange way to make this major decision, but I didn't want my family members to be living in a staid, isolated environment. It turned out to exceed our expectations -- very caring staff members, involvement of the administration, beautiful surroundings, wonderful activities and an engaging staff encouraging residents to participate. The staff worked as a great TEAM together. I'd highly recommend this to anyone considering assisted living or memory care for their family.

Provision Living West Bloomfield over promises and under delivers. Especially in memory care. They often will only have two people working which leaves the memory care residents unsupervised if they are tending to another memory care resident. They also have several employees inflating their review ratings.
Our experience has been excellent in every way! The staff is kind, compassionate, responsive, flexible and professional. The facility itself is beautiful and meticulously maintained. There are activities all day long that residents can partcipate in. The meals are delicious and the chef will accommodate changes to the menu based on your loved ones preferences. We have been so pleased with our decision to move our mom here and we would recommend it to anybody looking for either an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.
This is Jay Levin. I was at Provision West Bloomfield the month of October 2023 for respite care. My stay was excellent. Kim,Kelly and David were very helpful with all the arrangements and administrative details. The staff was very well trained, friendly , and caring. My therapists Megan and Jaimee were great and instrumental in helping me walk with my walker again. And I enjoyed my sessions with Kim. Jessica and Crystal did a great job with the many activities offered which were well organized and fun. I was constantly active and never bored.The Happy Hours, in particular, were so well done. And I very much enjoyed meeting and hanging out with all my new friends. I would highly recommend Partition as a great, lively and beautiful place to live for those looking for an assisted living facility
We brought my mom to Provision back in 2021 and since then, there has never been a kinder nor more supportive staff that we have had the absolute pleasure of being around. Provision really cares, and the bonds between not only staff and residents but among the residents runs deep. Provision makes us not only feel comfortable, but the confidence we have in the care that they provide for my mother is second to none. I want to mention the passion of the staff. They’re all so caring and so nice, sometimes I wish I was living up there with my mom as well. They build bonds, and this isn’t “just a job” to a single person in the building. I would recommend Provision 10/10 times with zero hesitation. You or a loved one will receive the best of care at Provision Living West Bloomfield.
