We are very happy with the care our Aunt has received in both the assisted living and memory care units at Provision of Livonia. The staff is very helpful and in tune with what each resident’s needs are. The facility is very bright and clean and well maintained.

All I can say if you care about your family members do not use this facility. We had my dad there for just over a year and it has been one issue after another, from medication errors, not cleaning the room properly (including leaving poop on the floor for over 24 hours), lying to us about sending out lab work, etc. You know there is something wrong when in just over a year there is only 3 employees that are still there from the day we moved my dad in. The current director brags in letters to the families that she has hired over 64 staff since she started… how can you expect quality of care when having extremely hi gf turnover of staff is a badge of honor! Please avoid this facility at all costs.
Kathy and her staff did everything to accommodate, care for and provide guidance for my dad while he lived at Provision/Livonia. The care staff was genuine and responsive. They took time to get to know his story, habits and needs. Thank you all for your care and kindness!
Toured this beautiful assisted living facility with Michelle. A very lovely place indeed! Residents seemed very happy and well cared for.
If we could give their memory care unit, the director and the head above all the Provisions facilities a zero we would. The care is horrible for memory car unit. Please don't bring your loved one here.
