This facility is poorly managed. Other similar facilities I go to have people who's *only* job is manning the desk/door 8am-8pm. The front desk staff here are constantly called away from the desk to do other things, which defeats the purpose of their job manning the door. This forces care staff to walk away from their important work caring for the elderly to run around the building to open the door. This is not their job and I'm sure they're not getting paid enough to do this extra work. Today I was waiting to leave while someone else was waiting to get in. The desk person was clearly late. The man waiting at the door was using the door phone, but nobody was answering. They were probably busy doing their actual job that is way more important than opening the door for everyone, I don't blame them. Then an elderly resident decided to press the handicap button enough times that it set the alarm off, because they obviously don't know any better. This shouldn't happen, it's just a bad way to run things. Other facilities don't have this issue. They charge residents and their families an abhorrent amount of money, so I'm certain they can afford to keep someone at the desk 8am-8pm. Please do better.

My mom moved into the independent living the Villas at Provision Living when they first opened up in December of 2022. I can remember driving the staff nuts especially Laurel looking at all the units to pick one out for my mom. We found the perfect one for her. My mom loves it. She has great neighbors that she loves playing cards with, going shopping and of course eating out with. The staff is excellent Laurel, Ryan, Staci all treat my mom exceptionally well and always check on her. If you are looking for a nice place for your loved one check provision Living out.
Beautiful facility with many great features and state of the art in-room safety electronics. The studio room is a bit small, but the 1 bedroom is nicely laid out with plenty of storage. The small kitchenette is perfect for the space. Homey touches throughout the facility are very nice and the dining options should appeal to most with enough flexibility. Bistro beverages and snacks provide even more options. The building was secure but with some flexibility for residents to come and go depending on their preferences and abilities. Plenty of activities and spaces both common and private.
Both of my parents were lucky enough to live here…one in memory care and one in an apartment. The staff, especially Laurel, were always amazingly kind and attentive to all of my parents needs. The infinite patience of the staff is wonderful…I always felt my parents were safe and that gave me the best peace of mind. The residents and staff seemed like a big family and always had time to talk with us about our parents. I am eternally grateful for Provisions and all that it offered.
My client and I had an amazing experience touring the assisted living with Provision Living at Forest Hills today We had tough questions about care and administration Ryan had answers that covered all aspects of care and very detailed information regarding the operations of the community What a delight!
