My sister and I just moved our mother to Providence a few days ago. We looked at a few places and this was absolutely the best place for our mom. We have dealt primarily with Farrah who has absolutely been the best in every sense of the word, her patience and genuine caring is simply amazing, and of course Marilyn and Danay have also been true gems. They make you feel welcomed and truly care about their residents. The place is brand new and beautifully appointed and makes it feel inviting and at home. Definitely recommended Providence Living 100%

I visited Providence today and was given a tour by Marilyn the Executive Director. It is the most beautiful community I have seen, very pristine and well decorated. The outside looks very Key West, relaxing vibes with a vacation feel. So excited for the Grand opening. Highly recommend!!!
Providence Living is a gem in the Senior Living space and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this lovely place to anyone seeking assisted living or memory care. The facility is more like a high-end resort hotel with beautiful decor, chic lighting, and thoughtful amenities which makes it also feel like home. The restaurant-quality food and service, the peaceful courtyard gardens, the roomy community areas, and all the services and activities a senior would need are all here. Most importantly, the staff is SUPERB. Beginning with a welcoming reception, to the office adminitrators, to the health and activities directors, to the amazingly caring and qualified aides who provide the utmost loving care...the entire staff is absolutely excellent. We are so pleased with everything and thank our lucky stars for this place. Speaking of stars, I would give them 100 if I could!!
I am an FIU student studying Health Service Administration and I needed to visit a facility for one of my classes. Farrah was informative, welcoming, and caring. You can tell she has a real connection with the residents. From a student perspective, you should give this place a try for your family member. The building is beautiful, staff is always around and you have everything you need in there! Thank you guys for allowing me to tour your location!
I can't recommend this assisted living facility highly enough. The care they provide is exceptional.The staff is not only professional but genuinely compassionate, making the residents feel valued and respected. The facility itself is always clean and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that feels like home.From engaging activities to personalized care plans, they go above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy and comfortable. It's truly worth every penny its such a supportive environment. If you're looking for a place where your loved ones will receive outstanding care, this facility is an excellent choice.
