This past month has been such a blessing for my mom. From the first email I sent trying to get her enrolled, to the multiple visits a week she now gets from her care team. Prior to this month there was so much stress around getting meds, multiple Doctors not talking to one another, needed ADA accommodations, and loneliness. Someone from the team calls me each week to check-in and my moms attitude has done a complete 180. Thank you PACE for the work you do....

My mom was part of this program for 9 months until her passing. They were amazing with her, provided a lot of care and always kept me updated. She had Parkinson’s and Lewy body dementia. They were frequently at her facility doing everything they could to assist her.
The mission at this program does not match it's patient care. They have been absolutely awful dealing with my elderly family member who is DYING. Waiting till the week of the holidays to give us the choice of either kicking her out of where she is being taken care of, or being kicked off of her insurance plan. It is obvious that money means more to them than actual patient care. I should add that I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years and have a LOT of experience with many types of coverages. By far this particular clinic system is the worst at communication and care. Steer clear.
