We cannot say enough about our experience moving our loved one into the Promenade at Middletown. From all of the guidance that Karen gave us to the endless texts and above and beyond service and hand holding Karen provided helping with many different roadblocks, to the actual move in day, we were treated like family. These types of moves are hard enough. Meeting the staff and truly recognizing that they are a family of their own was only further confirmation that this was going to be the right home for our father in law. And he loves it!

The Promenade senior living has been such a wonderful place for our mom. The staff, the activities, and the clientele are all wonderful. The peace we get from knowing she's safe and engaged is priceless. Truly.
My mother is so happy to be there! She loves the bowling, the bingo, all the music performances. The staff is very friendly and professional, the facility is very clean. To have a community around her and social activity means everything to us, her children. Thank you Promenade!
While fundraising for Relay for Life over the last few years I have been able to visit the Promenade on several occasions. I always have a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm, clean and inviting. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I am always fortunate enough to see Ms. Karen Treacy when I am there and she is always working hard to make sure that everyone gets what they need, including my friends and I, even though we are not residents.
The Promenade at Middletown gives all seniors an exceptional, happy and comfortable living environment. The staff is fantastic! Ms. Karen Treacy is so wonderful and an absolute pleasure to be around. When she walks through the building the staff and seniors alike are all so happy to see her. Great choice for your loved ones!
