They certainly don’t take their mission statement seriously. “At ProHealth Regency Senior Communities, caring is not just a mission—it’s a way of life that dates back to when we opened our doors in 1989” Apparently it’s not a way of life anymore! I would look elsewhere because this place is expensive and the staff isn’t good. My mom had a very bad experience here for a short stay. The staff actually made a point of telling her they didn’t need to assist her if they didn’t want to so I guess it’s NOT a way of life to “care”! Absolutely ridiculous and not a place for your loved one because these people don’t know the meaning of care! They claim there are several levels of care however they fail to specify what each level of care is and what exactly they are providing. I’m very disappointed because it’s a convenient location, however I’m relieved I did not chose this place for my mom long term. It would’ve been a colossal mistake.

My husband and I moved into the Regency Brookfield almost 12 years ago. My husband passed away but I would never give up my apartment because it is so nice with the view and the residents are so friendly. The are a lot of activities here and at the assisted living up the hill which the bus comes and gets us to go up there
My mom is the happiest she has been in a long time, she has made so many friends. Amazing food, nursing and administration make this home.
First let me start by saying that Trevor Herzberg, the Director of Community Services is the reason my mom is at the Brookfield location. He was phenomenal in helping with this difficult transition and went over and above when it came to addressing any of our questions or concerns. He actually KNOWS all of the residents by name and they all seem to really like him whenever he is around. That being said, there is more to this place than just the initial onboarding. As a hospital administrator myself, I can attest to how well run this organization is. The amount of activities set up for the residents are fantastic and more importantly, the residents all seem to get involved and enjoy them. This place allows you to do as much or as little as you care to do which was very important to my mom. I am not going to list all of the conveniences and benefits this place has because you can see all of that on their website. But I can say, without a doubt, I have no reservations in working with my mom to make this transition. She has settled in and actually tells me on a regular basis how happy she is, and how glad she to have made the move. Don't hesitate to consider this a place for your loved ones.
We moved my father to Brookfield Regency independent apartments. The leasing manager, Joyce, was amazing through the process. My dad was moving from out of state and we had some complex issues. Joyce helped us through the whole process and even gave us some foresight to next steps, as he will likely transition to a more assisted setting later. Joyce was instrumental in keeping things easy for us. In addition, Josh in food service, was so kind and helpful to make sure my dad’s meals were set up as he was moving in. Overall, a great experience. Since this was all managed by my husband and I, it was so helpful to get the administrative portion as easy as possible, since we had so many other items to do for my dad with a move from the west coast. Thank you!!
