I had an interview at Pro Seniore, where the opportunity to do trial work was agreed upon. During the conversation, I spoke openly about my willingness to move and emphasized that an employment contract is a prerequisite for the office to issue a moving permit. After the trial work, I received positive feedback from the head chef, but the young boss at the interview told me that my place of residence was too far away and therefore no employment was possible. This decision was unexpected because the distance and my desire to move were already known in advance.

I can only say positive things about this nursing home! Every single person who worked there was very nice and always had an open ear. The interaction with the residents seemed very attentive to me and gave me a really positive feeling! Thank you for your great work!
We have had contact with the Pro Seniore Residenz Dresden for many years and our relatives feel very comfortable here. In recent years we have noticed that people need more and more help and are becoming more and more in need of care. Our appreciation for how the employees, whether nursing, kitchen or administration, deal with these challenges, especially when you consider that nothing has changed from the political side. At this point we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you also for the many loving events in which we as relatives can always take part. The summer festival was particularly nice this week.
My experiences with the Pro Seniore Residenz Dresden are very positive. As a relative, I am treated very friendly and courteously and my questions and problems are taken seriously. My grandma also feels very comfortable and I think that's the most important thing. I feel like she's blossomed since she's been there. There is sometimes little time due to the nursing shortage, but as far as they can, everyone takes the time to look after my grandma and me as relatives and to record and solve our problems. I would like the nursing staff to have more time for care, but it is up to politicians to regulate that. It would be nice if the nursing staff could take more time to have more in-depth conversations with the residents. At this point I would like to thank the nursing staff, the nursing service management and the home management for their care and responsiveness at all times.
Friendly and very competent employees. Good advice and the doors are always open if the problem arises. Permanent permanent staff that sticks together. You can feel this. Thank you.
