My parents have been living in assisted living at Pro Seniore Oberau for almost three years now. During this time it has been shown again and again that moving to this residence was the right decision for her. Both the atmosphere and the staff contribute to a very pleasant stay. We would particularly like to highlight the great support from Mr. Gallist. He is always a very good contact person who supports us with empathy and competence in solving any problems that arise. We would also like to thank the outpatient care service “Medicus”, which has always helped our parents quickly and easily when health problems arose. We can therefore only recommend the Pro Seniore Oberau.
Pro Senior Residence Oberau I had to decide at short notice to move into assisted living after I suffered a stroke and a myocardial infarction within a short space of time. I desperately searched online for an affordable, new home for me and my cat. Suddenly I saw a “Pro – Seniors” house whose brochure and location I liked, but also the description and accuracy of the services. I contacted the house and was invited to a viewing appointment shortly. This house is in a wonderful location with a view of the Zuspitze, a very well-kept house that was shown to me so perfectly by the residence advisor despite a lack of time that my decision was actually made very quickly. I want to live here. Mr. Gallist patiently answered my thousands of questions and showed me the whole house. I've been living in the residence for a few months now and I'm happy I decided to do so. I am well protected here, I am looked after, the staff is helpful, friendly and well-groomed. If I have a question or a problem, they listen to me and offer solutions. The helpfulness of the office staff is a normal thing for this establishment. However, the residence advisor Mr. Christian Gallist is worth mentioning. Whenever a problem arises, he solves it quickly and unbureaucratically - he is the good soul of this house. Now I'm back home with my oid dog! Thanks!
My wife lived in the Pro Seniore assisted living facility for three years and was always very satisfied with the room and all the employees in the house. Everyone is extremely courteous and helpful and always in a good mood. Unfortunately, my wife had to be moved to a nursing home due to increasing dementia. As her husband and authorized representative, I received excellent support from the administration of the house in all organizational matters and questions and always had competent contact persons. The outpatient care service "Medicus" must also be mentioned, as it took excellent care of my wife, especially at times when she was becoming increasingly confused. I can unreservedly recommend this house to anyone who wants or needs to move into an assisted living unit.
My mother lived in the apartment until February 12, 2024. She was in the care facility from March 14, 2024. She died there. Only after a complaint was made to the public prosecutor's office was the apartment's deposit transferred on September 10, 2024. There is still no billing.
