My grandma has been living in the Pro Senior Residence for some time and we couldn't be happier. The staff is incredibly warm, empathetic and always helpful. The care is excellent and great care is taken to ensure that residents feel comfortable. The facility is clean and cozy. The food is also very tasty and balanced. There is an open ear for relatives' concerns, and you can tell that the work here is done with a lot of warmth and respect.

Very good and nice facility. I once went to an open day and the facility was very welcoming and I found the atmosphere very family-like. The staff also always try hard, from what I noticed there, including a fellow nursing staff member I know from close quarters. I cannot understand the problems mentioned in the comments here. Of course, 90% of the residents are catheterized, and it is normal that there can sometimes be an odor there. I worked in urology myself. Overall, a great facility.
Unfortunately, my mother deteriorated horribly in this home within a very short period of time. The house smells of urine, the room was often dirty (floor, furniture), my mother was unkempt. The interior appears careless and the long gray hallways are depressing. The staff was always very friendly, but unfortunately that's not much use if you, as a relative, have to stay behind to ensure halfway adequate care. My mother's rapid decline was accepted without any initiative from the care/home management or communication with relatives. When you talk to different professionals from the medical field, you don't come across much of a surprise; the reputation unfortunately precedes the home. It's a shame I didn't know that beforehand. I can't recommend Pro Seniore at all, there are much better alternatives in the area.
My former neighbors have been in care for about 4 weeks. You have commissioned me to say THANK YOU for your loving welcome and extensive daily support in all areas. E.g. immediate reaction of the medical point (Sister Yosra) in the event of a small fall on the elevator. Extra checks for asthma problems at night, support with extensive medication/tablet administration. Ms. Schäfer and James are praised for being particularly strong supporters. The sanitary area is very clean, the caretaker is of great help in storing souvenirs from the old apartment. Thank you very much says the Georgi family.
Very bad experience... My father was neglected and deteriorated little by little. There was no water for him in the room. Then pneumonia and hospital. The nursing place was simply filled without consultation and the promises of telephone calls were not kept. The employees also did not inform relatives and it is still unclear where my father's personal belongings are. In the end, an exorbitant bill that is 300% more expensive than agreed... Never this juice shop again! That they are not ashamed to treat people like that.
