Both the admission of my mother and the settling in went very well. The very committed and courageous attempt to move her into assisted living unfortunately went wrong because she initially wanted to do so but ultimately thwarted it. Very nice building with many possibilities. Very pleasant room with balcony and spacious bathroom. Located in a very quiet part of town with all the shops/restaurants you need to participate properly in life. Tram in approx. 300m. I have already successfully recommended Pro Seniore.
a great residence with beautiful facilities and a very well arranged and competent team that is run by a very nice and friendly management that really does everything to make people feel comfortable. My father-in-law feels very, very comfortable and is really more than just in good hands. Thank you very much for that.
My training in a retirement home was an incredible experience that had a significant impact on my professional development. The dedicated team welcomed me with open arms and gave me the opportunity to gain a wide range of insights into the care of older people. The practical training, coupled with empathetic mentors, not only gave me technical knowledge, but also deepened my understanding of the needs of older people. The positive atmosphere and support during my training period made a lasting impression on me. I am grateful for this instructive time until 2006 and can fully recommend the retirement home as a training location."
I would like to take a stand on these bold, bottomless lies... from an employee who came out with various intrigues and lies. This employee is now calling in sick, has announced her resignation and is systematically trying to disparage this beautiful facility. The entries from October 5th to October 6th, 2023, especially those that are bad and negative, some of which were made at intervals of 20-30 minutes, are false, bold and untrue, made up lies! I'm standing here with my first and last name and I'm REAL! I know this residence very well and I also know the employee who is so rude here! I don't need to open a fake account. Above all, the employee is someone who made a lot of mistakes in her work, she was confronted with them, then called in sick and is doing something like that. I've actually never given reviews because I find it absurd. I think everyone should form their own opinion, but after reading this theater, it just leaves me very stunned. A big request to all readers: This is about a shameful campaign started by a former employee. Last week she told me herself how great the house was and how happy she would be here, today she doesn't even have the courage to openly express her criticism and anger but does so via third party and/or fake profiles! Lies and intrigues have short legs. To all colleagues and to our dear residents and especially their families, don't let these stupid things put you off. Be aware that we do great work with a lot of heart and love.
