I had to look for a nursing home place for my mother and I was offered a place at ProSeniore in Bietigheim. Since the whole topic of care and nursing homes was “new territory” for me, I had to rely on and trust the team at ProSeniore. All I can say is that the team, from the administration to the nursing team, is really trying everything to make it as easy as possible for both the relatives and the nursing home residents to master this new path. I always felt well advised and all issues were dealt with promptly and with great professionalism. The nursing team is very nice, understanding and tries to master this really difficult job. So far all I can say is THANK YOU!

My grandmother has been at Pro Senior for many years and is well looked after and supported. She was in assisted living for the first few years and is now in nursing care. The employees on both sides are friendly and helpful. The people at reception and in the office are also sociable and friendly. Of course, mistakes happen here and there, that happens where people work.
One star too much. Today I had a work appointment. But the chef doesn't show up. He for one doesn't want to work, let alone. He could have easily canceled the appointment without wasting my time! I can gladly give my place to someone else as reliable as you. Greetings
My mother has been living in assisted living at ProSeniore in Bietigheim-Bissingen for about 8 years now. She is now 94 years old. On behalf of my mother, I can say that we/you feel very well looked after here. Especially thanks to the nursing service that is located in the house. Not to forget the two housekeepers who look after the older people very lovingly and design the environment very lovingly.
Our grandfather and father were cared for in the Pro Senior Residence Ellental Department WB-4 from September 22nd, 2020 until his death Located on the 3rd floor. During this difficult time, partly due to Corona, the entire nursing staff lovingly looked after our grandfather and father. Therefore, our special thanks go to this department! But the home management also provided us with excellent support throughout the entire accommodation period and was there to help and advise us. Thank you very much again at this point.
