Over four years ago, I had no choice but to place my mother in a care facility due to multiple strokes. For relatives, this is one of the hardest steps imaginable. Birthdays were celebrated and there was even a hairdresser in the property. The family's weekly visits reassured her that she was by no means forgotten. The physical well-being was always taken care of, but the positive interaction with one another also gave the relatives the security that they had made the right decision. Last week my mother fell asleep forever in her crib in the nursing home that she loved so much, just as I had wanted for her. My father has been in assisted living at Pro Seniore Residenz Elbe for almost a month. He feels very comfortable and in good hands there. As a relative, I am thrilled with the service and organization. Everyone involved (administration, nursing, doctors, therapists) works excellently together and coordinates with each other. The resident is always the focus. This greatly reduces the burden on both residents and their relatives. I can recommend the Pro Seniors with full conviction.
I am 60 years old and suffer from muscular atrophy and since I could no longer manage on my own at home, I decided on a facility like this. First I was in the ASB Gorbitz for 3 months, which was just not possible. Care and support, as well as cleanliness, were the last things you need, especially since that is usually the last station in life. Then I heard about Pro Senioren Elb Residenz through a friend and a very nice member of staff immediately invited me for an interview. It was very open and the advice I received was excellent. She showed me the building and the room; unfortunately, there was no single room available, but she assured me that I would have one if possible. So I took the place in the double room. Moving in was very pleasant; I was looked after lovingly straight away. The staff are very nice and competent. Of course there is a lack of staff everywhere but here they show what can be achieved even with the few staff and I take my hat off to the nursing staff because it is not an easy job and they are very helpful and polite every day. The food is also plentiful and tastes very good. I can only highly recommend the home. It is one of the few in Dresden where such loving care is provided. Many thanks to Ms. Urban who did everything she could for me. I feel very comfortable here and to the nursing staff on ward 5. After a year of staying here, I can only say that it is very pleasant here. The residents are treated with great care. The treatment and care of the residents is our top priority. If there are any problems, a solution is sought immediately. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can feel very comfortable here. Thank you very much for that👍🌹
I can say it is a very nice nursing home. Where the residents are also cared for with love. And the employees are also very friendly and helpful. Simply a beautiful nursing home.
I do not share the above assessment. On the contrary, my relative has been living in the Pro Senior Residence Elbe for a long time. We always know we are well looked after. We can contact the nursing staff at any time and they will always help us with advice and support. Even in the difficult times, such as my aunt's illness, they supported us. The residence manager and her nursing manager are always there for us, I know that not only my aunt is well looked after, but also me as a relative. It's time for a THANK YOU to the entire Residenz Elbe team. Phrases like “vomit” demonstrate a lack of sophistication and inobjectivity.
