I have been in the home care industry for over 25 years and never have I experienced such beautiful people. Every staff member was so compassionate and helpful. The people at Princess Anne Health & Rehabilitation took great care of my brother in his final weeks. They went above and beyond with their care and caring. Many actually cried when my brother passed. It meant a lot. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
Do not allow your family members to come here. The staff is rude and they do not take patients or family members concerns seriously! Angie was a nurse taking care of my mother and she was extremely rude to me. She refused to listen to me! Family members concerns are just as important as patients! It is our family member who is there receiving care. My mother has sat needing her clothing or bed changed for 3 hours! She hasn’t received her meals or meds on time at all. The lack of concern for patients at this facility is atrocious!
My Mom is currently there. Facility is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly. However, the food is not good at all. Portions are too small, food is ALWAYS cold in styrofoam containers, and either overcooked or undercooked. I've tried several items after she did, and I would say you need to get a chef. Everything about this facility is great, EXCEPT, the food. It's such a shame.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am convinced had I not rescued my Father in law from this place he would be dead. Instead, he is moving into his own apartment in assisted leaving. I feel bad for the therapy staff there that is really doing their best but the nursing staff is simply incompetent and frankly dangerous. The management is non-existent and constantly changing. It is truly the worst.
