Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care and community my great-grandmother, Ruth, has found at Primrose. From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is great and truly treats every resident like family. The activities and events keep her engaged and happy, and they even have events that my 3 year old daughter can enjoy!! Knowing my great grandmother is surrounded by such a supportive and caring environment gives our entire family incredible peace of mind.

My dad has lived at Primrose for a little over a year. We have been very happy. As with anything there have been bumps in the road. However the leadership is kind and considerate of our family. They are available, ready to listen and respond. They seem to truly have my dad’s best at heart. The Nursing & CNA staff amaze me by doing all they can to help my dad ( all residents) feel loved and cared for. They are there for him medically but so much more. They will sit and have conversations with him, brush his hair, give him a hug and then give him a reason to laugh. I could go on and on. The Activity staff are always on the go. From Christmas lights, museum trips, and even taking time to visit with dad about his life. Primrose has been such a positive place for our family. They obviously are not perfect, nor am I, but they have given our family such peace as they care for dad. They respect and love him in this season of his life and for that we are grateful!!Thank You, Primrose!
My parents moved into Primrose when it first opened 8 years ago. They enjoyed 4 years in their beautiful Independent Living villa and then made the transition to Assisted Living. Needless to say, the professionalism of the staff and the care that they have received has been top notch. My Dad passed away in November, just weeks after they had made the move to Memory Care, and the care and compassion that my Mom has received has been amazing. I so appreciate every single member of this wonderful community!!!
I trust the staff with the health and welfare of my mom. They truly love her and all the clients. I couldn’t think of a better place for my mom. She has made friends and is treated like family.
My mom Ruth has lived at primrose for 2 years and let me tell you she feels at home and even calls primrose Home. My son sister and I toured 8 facilities in 2 days and primrose had the best vibe of them all from the moment we first walked in the door. The staff is amazing from the director to the laundry and maintenance people and everyone in between. Imagine the director of a retirement community serving residents taking their meal order and being involved with the wonderful activities on the front line you just don’t see such compassion dedication and sincere kindness from the entire staff I’d love to name the all star 🌟 staff individually but I’d have to list everyone. Daily activities and meals are way beyond five stars with home school and in school students coming in to entertain and do activities with the residents is truly amazing and heart warming. Incredible facilities for your family members who need assist with day to day care even offer a personal care physician who comes to the building for check ups and beyond. Dental care can be arranged in house and even pedi mani care in the comfort of your home/apartment. I could give you examples and experiences our family has had ALL top quality life living. THE PRIEMIERE home for your loved ones. Special occasions from valentines day celebrations to holiday cheer primrose is tops .
