I have visited Primrose of Marion several times and have been greeted by warm, friendly and professional staff. The residents are welcoming as well, happy and talking to each other and always ask if they can help me! Oh and they said the meals are good! The grounds are immaculate as well as the interior! Clean, odor free and up to date in furnishings. I just visited for a Christmas event and they have decorated Christmas trees in the lobby, sitting area and in each hall they have a different theme. Once you enter you feel warm, cozy and safe! I've visited quite a few Senior Living Communities in my years and in my profession, this community I give a 5 Star rating! I would suggest visiting, I've never felt pressured!

I am one of several ministers to those residents residing at Primrose. Out of all of the Assisted Living and nursing homes that I have ministered to, I have to say Primrose is the cleanest and the safest with door security. They have lovely activity rooms an Exquisite dining room for the residence. The staff is very friendly and I see that they take the time with those who need help. I would highly recommend primrose. I'll add photos of the dining room and the movie theater When I visit the next time. If Management approves

Overpriced. High turnover rate because they don't know how to treat employees. The director Darlene is about as fake nice as a person can be.
