Our tour of Prime was unlike any 55+ living we've seen before! The people are amazingly attentive, the on-site amenities & services were extensive, & the food was so much more than expected. Lots of thought went into designing community spaces to gather and even extra wide hallways...so unlike apartments! Physical therapists, barber shop, pet space, and putting greens bring it all to you. Thanks for providing this!

I moved my mom to Prime Carolina Coast recently. Everyone that works there makes you feel that you are part of their family. They are so willing to help with anything you need. The food is FANTASTIC!! I like that they are creative with the menu. They have fun activities that my mom is enjoying and she made new friends right away. I love visiting her as I feel part of this family as well. Keep up the great work.
This was a beautiful property and all the rooms were so spacious and the kitchens were complete with all the amenities you could ever want or need! What an amazing place to live. The food was delicious and the staff were so very friendly and helpful!
Prime Carolina Coast is an absolute gem! This beautiful and well-designed community offers a fantastic blend of independence and support. The amenities are top-notch and include everything from a beautiful putting green, pickleball court, fitness center, an aquatic treadmill, hair & nail salon, as well as medical services and physical therapy on site! They take the stress and worry of meal prep and cooking away by providing delicious dining services in a community setting, and the social events are plentiful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel truly welcome. If you're looking for a vibrant and engaging 55+ community, Prime Carolina Coast is a must-see!
Last week, I took a tour of the newest senior living community in Conway - Prime Carolina Coast. Let me start by highlighting the incredible staff. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Cinnamon, the concierge. Shortly after, I was introduced to Mary Lou, the Sales and Marketing Director of the community. As she guided me through the community, she told me about the range of services, amenities, and events offered to residents. Her passionate energy was a clear indication of her commitment to the company's mission to foster a welcoming, inclusive, caring community where neighbors turn into treasured friends. After the tour, I had an opportunity to have lunch with Alice, the Executive Director, and Debra, one of the owners. The chef-prepared meal was fresh and flavorful, and the service was superb. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the community and meeting the exceptional team.
