I visited this place last weekend. It’s a wonderful warm place to live life. We did a tour with Kelly who is a seasoned veteran of the place. She knew everyone by name and was a great host. I would live there hands down if I was in my late 70-80s. They have a wonderful community as well as dining. The property is quiet, private and secure.

My husband and I moved here in 2016 and would highly recommend it to anyone over 55 who wants to live in a community where everyone is treated like family. The staff is warm and caring and want to make this a great experience for you. There are many activities and outings to participate in. The food is wonderful.
I recently went to an event here open to the public, this place is top notch. The people that I know who live here have a really great time. It's geared towards 55+ active independents who are looking to be close to activities and amenities in the Capital Region.
Preswick Chase is a wonderful place, filled with caring staff and a quality of life.
