Prestonwood Court is a beautiful senior living community. Chris Morgan is so knowledgeable in senior living and an amazing resource. I couldn’t think of a better place to move a loved one to. Thank you Chris for all you do for seniors and their families.

Oh what an experience! I toured this lovely community in west plano and I absolutely love it. The sales person Chris connected with me immediately. Her professionalism when we asked the tough question really shined through. This is a really good community but the staff make it a great community. Most of all Chris!
Our Mom recently passed away after staying at Prestonwood Court for 15 months. Mom chose this facility among others in Plano as she was impressed with the levels of care and we are so grateful that she did. All of the staff, from the med techs and aides that administered her meds and took care of her personal care, to those that cleaned her apartment and took care of her laundry each week, to the staff in the salon that kept her hair looking great, and the staff cooking and serving food, all of the staff delivered personalized care and actively showed her affection.
I think diversity, staff wise is what separates Prestonwood Court from some of the other local living facilities. Its nice to witness the dedication to resident care, eveytime I stop by here.
Finding the right community for an aging parent is a difficult but important process. My father and I determined it was best for him to be nearer to me at this point in life, although it was very difficult to move him away from his known neighborhood and community of many years. We visited seven facilities. When we found Prestonwood Court, we walked out saying definitively, "That's the one." There is a "feel" there that we did not experience anywhere else. Children of other residents have said the same to me. There is "life" there. It is a true community. It feels like a home. Staff and residents interact as a family. I cannot say enough about Julie, the Sales Director, who was extremely personal and patient. The staff helped us make the move smooth as silk. From the physical move to the emotional change, the staff supported my father and me in every way imaginable. We have been very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the front desk, activities, maintenance and floor staff members. My father enjoys the regular outings and live performances. He even likes the food! He routinely says, "They take wonderful care of me here." Our family is blessed to be at Prestonwood Court.
