My dad moved to Rosemont after living for 8 years at another independent living community. It was important that he was closer to his family in Yelm and Rosemont was the answer to our prayers. It's not easy trusting strangers with the care of an elderly loved one but I can not emphasize strongly enough how wonderful the staff and residents were to my dad during his time there. My dad was so happy here and the staff...especially Kylie and Phillip, communicated with me so well whenever my dad needed something. He enjoyed all of the social activities including bean bag baseball, poker night and bingo. He also enjoyed the art show and other fun activities. It immediately felt like home to him and to me. I'll be forever grateful for Rosemont. Thank you all so much.

We could not be happier with Rosemont! Mom and dad moved into their assisted living wing over a year and a half ago, and despite turnover in management and nursing staff, they've been very happy with their choice. I'm a helicopter daughter, and at Rosemont almost daily, and I am always welcomed with smiles from a busy staff - front office, housekeeping, nursing aids, kitchen & wait staff, activities coordinator, bus driver - everyone is welcoming and kind. The food is great, and we join mom for meals weekly. Activities abound and I sometimes join mom for a sing along or at one of their paint & sip events. There is always something fun going on at Rosemont. My dad recently passed, and the Rosemont staff was not just staff during that time, they were family. We felt incredibly loved and supported through dad's passing. Rosemont worked closely with hospice and supported us through dad's natural passing right there at Rosemont. What a blessing they all were! So respectful and kind! Mom has decided to stay at Rosemont and I couldn't be happier. I am confident about the quality of life she is able to live in this facility with this staff. Thanks Rosemont!
They host wonderful events that bring the community to their residents. We’re attended multiple times, the residents love the employees and vice versa. The facility is beautiful too. But they go all out to keep them entertained with things to keep life fun!
I moved in to an independent living one bedroom apartment 2 weeks ago. So far I am enjoying my time here. There have been a couple of small issues but they are all being taken care of as possible. My room is cleaned once a week and I one meal a day included. The food seems to be quite good. There are many activities and I have met a lot of friendly people.
I found the communication between the staff and residents are very poor. Especially the Director and others in charge. As a resident of 5years they make me feel intimated especially when I don't agree with them. Do you know that they want to charge $500 for a pet deposit even if it's an emotional support animal, just saying. This is Medicare and Medicaid facility. Who can afford that on Medicaid?
