I have a family member who is living here. I visit at least once per week. The staff are friendly, attentive and she is getting excellent care. When I was looking for a place, I met with a social worker who told me this was one of the top facilities in this area. She also advised me on which ones to run away from. Every time I sit down for a meal with the residents, they rave about how they are like a family and how much they enjoy living here!! I am so pleased with the support provided by Prestige Orchard Heights. Amazing, dedicated team that truly cares!!

My parents have been at Orchard Heights since Feb. They made it happen so I was able to move both of my parents in at the same time. Which most places wouldn't care to do. I will admit there were issues at first that raised my concerns. But since March things have improved. Management, care staff, and cooks and improved. I've watched how things improved. The residents seem happier and healthier. My parents are better, especially my dad. I am happy with my decision to move them into Prestige Senior Living Orchard Heights.
In-laws are really enjoying their time so far. They moved in a couple weeks ago and are enjoying the food, staff as well as their apartment. The move-in process to get them in to the community was extremely simple. The room had recently been remodeled, which they will do after a long-term resident vacates the apartment. New flooring, new paint and fixtures. Residents are very nice and welcoming. Cost of living is broken in to rent and care. Rent is based the size of room you choose, small, medium and large. Care fees are a sliding scale from level 1 to 3 with the healthiest people being a level 1. Meals are fully covered with your rent and the food tends to be highly rated among the residents. Room service has a fee associated and family/guest are welcome to dine for a small fee. Although Prestige is a national chain, it doesn't feel that way and the don't have a big ego like some of the larger big-named facilities. I'd encourage anyone seeking a care facility to stop by and check them out - no, they don't offer customer referral rewards - and see what they can offer you or your loved ones. Robert P
If you care at all about your loved ones, you will keep them as far away from this place as possible!! Our mom was there for 3 years & the only reason she stayed that long is because I didn't have a car and my sister & I lived close to her. Great management would come & go, great care takers would come & go... The bad ones stayed. We came to visit my mom dozens & dozens of times to find her with soiled pants, bedding and even floor! There was a lot of theft there, (one person went to jail). They did not serve fresh fruits & vegies, it was canned. We constantly had to bring mom food because Orchard Height's Prestige Living was so bad! There isn't enough space here to warn you of all the terrible encounters we had with them. We are VERY thankful though, that mom is now in a NEW facility that cares, attends & respects her the way any elderly person should be treated. (AND, they have really good fresh food!)
Well maintained property. Good and friendly staff, all departments. Easy to get along with management. Kitchen fixes delicious food. Room cleaned weekly and laundry the same. Pretty gtounds. Easy to find and ample parking. I'm glad I'm here.
