My Dad was a patient at the Prescott House a few months ago and They Took tremendous care of him! The Nurses went above and beyond for him even when he wasn’t the easiest patient. He really loved the staff and still to this day says he misses the food there lol. When my dad was brought there his quality of life wasn’t the best and the odds were put against him , The Prescott House helped give him his life back. The nurses there really helped physically and mentally and I’ll forever be grateful for them ! The facility is amazing and very clean , I highly recommend The Prescott House for your loved ones ! They take care of there patients as if it’s there own family and that’s heartwarming and very much needed in the medical field !

The conditions at Prescott House are deeply concerning. The food served to the residents is unacceptable—this is something the elderly look forward to and depend on the most at this stage of their lives. It’s heartbreaking to see them being let down in this way. Additionally, the facility itself is in disrepair, with broken closet doors and curtains hanging off their rods, leaving the place in an unacceptable state. To make matters worse, some of the nursing staff are rude and seem indifferent to the residents' needs. While the only positive aspect is that they accept Medicaid, that alone is not enough to make up for the lack of proper care and respect the residents deserve.
My care at this facility has been the best care I've received in quite some years. I had to have my knee caps replaced at different times. I had transferred due to issues with poor treatment at a different facility after 2 days of a 4 week recovery. I then did another 4 weeks for the other replacement. I have an upcoming surgery and will and coming back to this rehab without a doubt. Certainly recommended!
While looking for a short term rehab for my husband who is recovering from a traumatic brain injury, I was welcomed to Prescott House by Kortney Dugan, the director of admissions. She was kind and caring and understood exactly what he needed as I was so confused dealing with insurance and its complicated web after 8 weeks of hospitalization and intense rehabilitation. Kortney has been a constant source of compassion and support in placing my husband at Prescott House. He was greeted by a wonderful nurse, Johanny, who was warm and welcoming and was able to get him in a wheelchair and to his room with no problem. She was the perfect person for this transfer as he was difficult to move at that time. I know he appreciated her gentleness and so did I. I am so grateful to both of you and especially to Kortney for her knowledge in helping me navigate a somewhat complicated process and she did it with grace and compassion. Thank you so much.
I can’t say enough about Prescott House, my Mom has been there for over 5 years and I must say the staff has been amazing. They are caring and loving. They go above and beyond to help my mother and other residents comfortable. my mother celebrated her birthday and staff members gave her a lovely birthday party, even though the family had given her one. We didn’t think that they would go that extra mile. They are wonderful
