Preferred Care at Wall is beautiful and clean. The rooms are big and airy. Everyone is caring and attentive. The food is good. There is a variety. Therapists are terrific. They get you to work hard but its beneficial. From the nursing staff to the physical therapist, they are all great. The activities have a great variety that can please every taste. I am really doing well here. I have made great improvements so far.

I would highly recommend Preferred Care at Wall. I was impressed with the facility from the minute I walked in and met with the administrator. We transferred my mom there after a hospital stay. The facility is immaculate. My mom had a nice private room. They have a big, beautiful gym for rehabilitation. The chefs at the facility prepared delicious, nutritious meals. The staff there really take good care of the residents. Big shout out to Farrah, Pauline and Melissa who took such great care of my mom and treated her like family. My mom felt so comfortable being there and the therapists did a great job working with her to get her strength back and get her to the point where she could go back home and take care of herself. Thank you so much for everything!
Preferred Care at Wall has great therapy; they are very skilled and attentive. The food is really tasty and there is a nice selection and there is also an alternative menu. The nurses are super duper here. They are very attentive and kind. I am on the long term unit and some patients are really hard to care for but the nurses and aids are angels. They show only patience and kindness and I am really impressed.
Preferred care at Wall has excellent therapy. They are so knowledgeable and professional. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The food is tasty. It also follows the diet that we need. It’s also easy to make a change if we need. They are very accommodating. Front desk are so friendly and helpful . We are so appreciative
To say this facility is immaculate is a complete understatement. I have had nothing but an excellent experience from start to finish. The admissions department is a delight, the administrator is a dream to work with being one of the most immersed individuals in the facility. The activities department is bright and amazing full of fun amazing activities for residents and staff alike. Meals that the chefs prepare in the dietary department are delicious and nourishing. To top it all off all of the nursing staff here are extremely diligent to tend to all the residents needs including medications, feeding assistance, and general companionship on a day to day basis. They care for their residents as if they were family and treat them all with dignity. What more can you ask for in a long term care facility. Don’t just take my word for it, put your trust in the people that care at Preferred Care at Wall.
