Hello, I applied for a new vaccination certificate for my wife and all vaccinations should be added if possible (I would have paid for it too), what did I get, an empty vaccination certificate and not even the name was on it. Total disappointment, could have saved me the trip.
I would like to give the entire Dilltal practice 5 stars. I have been a patient at the practice for many years, and I have always been helped. I think it's great that they have emergency consultations, and I've never had to wait long for an appointment. Everyone is super nice, and I can't say anything negative. Everyone at reception is also very nice, and I can't understand some of the negative reviews in this regard. The doctors are all very competent and take their time. I feel very well looked after in the practice. I would also like to express my special thanks to Dr. Funk, as she has always helped me so well with my orthopedic concerns. I wish the entire team a Merry Christmas and a successful and healthy New Year 2025!

I went there with him until the departure of Dr. Timm Block and other doctors who also sought further afield. It was a good address where the management was then taken over by Ms. Monique Nolte and others. It began to be constantly harassed with alleged rules. Everything that had worked without problems for years was thrown overboard when Dan was one of the leading MTA women for many years After Meixner retired, things got worse and worse. From then on, you were treated like a supplicant or people of two classes, yes, and the so-called rules were only there for the patients and they had to stick to them, which didn't apply to the doctors and the MTAs, in particular Ms. Schwarze suddenly behaved like a sergeant, it came into being They did it the way they wanted. I think that this practice should actually be prohibited from treating these patients for human reasons. I will also contact the statutory health insurance office because that's not how it works. You will only be treated snippily and as a second-class citizen, and contractual documents will also be handled sloppily. In my findings, which I would like to have 4 weeks before leaving the practice, I had to ask several times and then had to wait for it on the last day and when I looked through it, I found documents from other patients I'm not sure that these are all my findings, but in the Dilltal practice it is more important to shut people down and take coffee breaks and gossip
Unfortunately there are only two nice and competent doctors there. The receptionists prefer to have a chat instead of greeting the patients and then turn them away instead of referring them to other doctors. Very unfortunate
