Never knew this place existed previously. Amazing facility, large halls, large rooms, knowledgeable management in the building. You can tell the changes that have been made in the last few months with new management. The new executive directer was very welcoming and kind and went above and beyond to make the place feel like home. Highly recommend.
Prairie View Manor is a wonderful place! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel at home. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offer a variety of amenities that make life comfortable and enjoyable. The community atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged. This place is truly amazing! Words can’t explain how they go above and beyond for the residents here. The staff are a bunch of hard-working individuals and we truly appreciate everything they do.
Almost Everytime I come here people are rude and very short. Don't get me wrong there is a handful of people here that are actually pretty sweet and you can tell that they really do care for the people here but then there are ones that are in charge that are very short and rude and half the time they don't even answer the phone when you're trying to get in contact with them.
